Review on Pampered Chef 2430 Peeler Slicer by Kari Sather

I was panicking when I pulled out my 10 year old apple peeler and the blades were so dull they didn't peel, core or slice the apples in the right way. At 7pm last night I was sitting in front of 200 pounds of apples on my dinner table and in desperate need of a replacement for my apple peeler, core. Revain and Pampered Chef to the rescue. I received the product this morning and am back with my canning preps. The reason I chose the Pampered Chef brand is because their products are well made and durable. Also, I needed a product clamp, not one that sticks to the countertop - they're not designed for bulk work.
