This white curtain (listing DOES say only one panel) is a nice weight and feel. However, like most people I assumed "blackout" in the title meant almost all light blocked. After purchasing, I scrolled down to the bottom of the page and saw that this curtain was marked as "50% light blocking", which is not what I really shopped for, but is accurate for what you get. They have 4 levels of light blocking, so I assume some of the other colors are rated differently. Fortunately for this application I didn't NEED more light blocking. The polyester is very static-y but a nice weight. I cut it in half widthwise and hemmed raw ends to have a corner curtain effect to block light on the sides of a rollup shade. Read carefully so you'll be satisfied.
