My dog is very hairy (Cool Collie) and just getting him wet doesn't really help in the heat. I wet this teat and freeze it in a big ol' Ziploc in my little freezer and thaw a bit before wrapping it around it. Even with the jacket turned into an ice cube, it's still warm after our 20 minute walk.
