The vertical frame was slightly bent at the corners after shipment, but that was easily fixed. I used the included anchor sleeves and went straight into the concrete wall in my basement. The anchors had really weak washers, and one of them had a bit of a mess on the threads from driving it into the hole I had drilled with a hammer. I was able to screw a nut onto it and bend the threads back into shape. Overall I'd say it's good value for money but if you want something solid then look elsewhere. I wouldn't dare mount something really heavy like a big UPS or anything heavy, but for a patch panel, switch and shelf it's great. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't bent and had better fittings.
