The PCE-AX58BT Bluetooth function of this WiFi card is simply disappointing. The WiFi part works well and increased my speed by 3x. Although bluetooth is installed and seems to have a good range, after hours of trying to stream music from my phone to my pc (windows 10) it will NOT let me. I have a cheap $18 key from Best Buy that works 100%. This card gives me a streaming service that is disabled due to a policy group error. I figured I fixed it and then gave myself the required dependencies that didn't run or work. Put the old key back in and BOOM, audio streaming works perfectly. I tried contacting ASUS and it was a HORRIBLE error. No support was found other than a few irrelevant FAQs. Tried to use the CHAT WITH ME function and redirects me to FAQ page and wants me to install some kind of diagnostic and chat program which I believe is just leading me to some unintelligent computer algorithm, pretending to be human. Oh, and let's not forget that in order to USE Bluetooth functionality, you MUST have an available 9-pin USB port on the motherboard?!?! Eventually I gave up and just plugged in my old dongle, which I didn't want to do because I'd rather leave a free USB port on the front open for other things. I've been in the computer industry since I was 20 years old, now I'm 53 years old. I have never used anything other than ASUS products. But now I don't think I will. Poor instruction manuals, microscopic font, and product descriptions that don't even provide all the details about the product. Nowhere on their website, packaging or instructions does it say if this card even supports A2DP media streaming, although with Bluetooth 5.0 you'd be SURE it does. If you're just looking for a WiFi card and don't care much about Bluetooth, then this is a good card. Otherwise, don't waste your time and money.
