Support issues, installation issues

I'm trying to install this on my 2.4G network with other Amazon Alexa devices, Kindles, HP printers, Samsung phones, etc. Many problems. TP-Links phone support is as poor as it gets. They don't know their product - for example they told me to press the reset button on top of the plug - there is no button - the manual says the on/off button is on the right side of the plug. Of course they mean that. You need to install the unique Kasa app and register on your smartphone. There are problems. The tech support person, of course, blames my network, my router, and everything else. Then he (Oscar) says he'll send me a link to a YouTube video with more detailed instructions and call me back if I have any questions. I asked to speak to a native English speaker or manager as there was clearly a communication problem between us. No option. His only goal seemed to be to "get me off my phone," so he had to have a goal that he needed to achieve, like get rid of the caller in 10 minutes. I told him there would be no more calls, if I couldn't get it to work after a long phone call and video it would be returned.
