FLIKES CONSTANTLY ON HIGH SETTING

Bought these dimmable bulbs for touch control lamps. I have 2 of these. When I plug these bulbs into both bulbs they flicker non-stop on high settings. Now they don't have to do this when both the bulb and the lamp are dimmable. Anyway, I'm not going back because the price was good. So I only have to use medium instead of high settings.
