So. . . I JUST received it today so I took half the recommended size for my height. . . I mixed it with my tastiest protein. . . It tastes the rancidest thing I've ever eaten and I can digest just about anything. It smells like an old pencil sharpener that was taped to the wall in elementary school, and it tastes even worse.
