Probably a size too small. Then it stretches again and fits snugly against my body (compression). I wear it in the morning and it feels cool on the skin but not cold on the body. My sweat flows from the outer layer directly onto the shirt. My only problem is getting dressed. My trick is to first bring your arms to your shoulders, then insert your head and pull down. Once it's in place I do a few body deformations to remove any snags and creases until there is a smooth fit. I have 2 other brands of cool base layer long sleeve compression shirt and this is the most expensive one but I'm fine with it, it comes closest to looking like a superhero ie Spiderman or Black Panther. Oh yes they have these designs on different brands now.
