I was having a problem with the operation of gas struts I installed on a wooden storage bench. The heavy wooden lid would open fine but dropped quickly when closing. This is a safety issue since I have grand kids. Lisa of Vepagoo responded quickly and after requesting additional information from me, recommended a specific change in the location of the lower mounting points. The opening and closing of the lid now operates as I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the product and the excellent customer service received from Lisa.
