I have to admit that I had my doubts about this product's supposed ability to detect a blown fuse, but now I believe it. When changing the bulb in the nose I noticed that the LED on the switch panel was dim and the nose light was not working. When I checked the fuse box, the nose light's fuse location LED came on, indicating a blown fuse. The block must contain a high-impedance bypass circuit that supplies power to the display. Anyway, it's not your grandfather's fuse box. The device is well made, comes with splash guard and labels. Would definitely buy again.
