it seems he froze in his side so he got hard.
the handle broke after 4 months, so pull the cable again with pliers. have to order another one. This time I will pour some oil into the cable, it seems frozen on the side, so it became difficult to pull, the handle broke. but the block itself fits fine. cheap enough to order another one.
