I bought this to attach to a gun to improve my grip. 1 roll is enough to use multiple weapons, at least 10 depending on how many you use. The texture is great and allows me to better buy my pistols when shooting. So far there have been no problems removing it. The instructions say to use some kind of primer from 3M, but I didn't use that. Still holding up great. Simply wipe down any surface you apply it to with rubbing alcohol, stick on and heat with a hair dryer a few times, applying pressure occasionally to get a good fit. I heat it, compress it and work the tape and repeat 3 or 4 times. I had a blade that started to loosen after repeatedly holstering and unholstering. Overall I think it's great and allows you to customize the grip to your preference. Love it.
