I have an oil diffusing lamp similar to this. It’s the genie type style but different colors. This one is even more attractive than my other one. The glass on this diffuser vase is extremely thick. The first one I bought was very thin and when my teen lifted it and accidentally dropped it on the counter a huge chunk broke off the back. This is so much more durable. Not only is the glass thicker but the inside of the glass has a plastic liner. The outside glass of the diffuser is black and white. It has the white holding reservoir to add water. The max fill line for the diffuser is half a cup of water.The diffuser has many different options. It can be changed for the lighting options. There is a rainbow mode which will cycle through all the colors but there’s also a mode for each color so red, yellow, green, blue, light blue, purple, and white. Any color can be chosen to be solid.The diffuser has a setting operation which cycles.One of my favorite parts about this diffuser is that it turns off automatically when the water is gone. So often, I will turn them on and not even remember. It’s nice that the diffuser is doing the thinking for me. It’s a nice safeguard to have around the house plus I feel like it prolongs the life of the diffuser so it doesn’t burn the reservoir.The glass swirl is black-and-white. I consider it to have more of a modern feel to it but the swirls are very attractive.
