UPDATE: I have one star due to the issues detailed below. Since then I've been contacted by the seller (fooberus@hotmail.com) and they sent me a new one, so I'm very satisfied. I hope that the original block was a lemon and that this will serve me well for years to come. Thank you Fober! This product worked great, it's light and bright enough to paint on watercolor paper. But shortly before the warranty expired (1 year) it stopped working. I tried a few things to make it work, like a different outlet, a different cord, a different adapter. Bad luck. Since it was still under warranty I wasn't worried. HOWEVER - just TRY to contact them, I dare you! It has been over a week since then as I filled out the online form on the AGPtek website to report this issue and try to get help. Nothing. I then called AGPtek and they gave me an email address (support@mambate.com) as the only way to get help. I sent you an email. No Answer. 2 days later I wrote to them again. Still no answer. And now I have 4 days before the warranty expires, along with a non-working piece of plastic with AGPtek in big letters on it. When I review Mambate online I see that they have terrible reviews.
