Review on COMMtracker by Todd Phillips

It's very easy to use once you have logged into it for your first time. There are so many options that I am sure most people won't know how much they have used or what is available without going through training courses. The support team can be slow at answering questions but this takes some getting used too. If you need an application where you can look up data from any point in time then CommTracker has done well with their software - there aren't as many applications out there like theirs! Looking back over years of monitoring our customers' waste management we realised gaps existed between when things were collected compared to when someone was notified about them being removed. This gap meant those items could end up polluting somewhere else which wasn't ideal. We also had issues finding all locations within our area (we operate across 3 sites) and couldn't find anything online showing us.
