Requires two step process

I like that they are non-toxic and easy to clean. I like that they have edges although the edges could be a bit higher. My problem with them is that the top of the fruit skin dries much faster than the bottom. If you wait for the bottom parts to get dehydrated, you'll end up with a lollipop. I ended up turning them over and putting them back in the dehydrator for about an hour so the bottom didn't get sticky. It works, but requires vigilance and an extra step.
