I've read that you have to insert the key all the way into the lock for it to work properly and I definitely have Try, but often the problem was that the key seemed to go almost all the way in, but not all the way. The key will turn but not unlock unless it is fully engaged. I love how durable the chain feels, it's covered in fabric and has a rubber tube at the end. Will you continue to use it, but hope that over time the key will go in quite easily in the future and just need lapping?
