Not as Described & Sent Product Previously Returned

Not as described. The wobble cushion was supposed to come with a high quality pump. No pump was included. Judging by how the packaging was taped together it looks like the item had been previously purchased and returned. I'm sending it back to Walmart. Since I couldn't inflate it I don't know how good or bad the product is. I don't understand how Walmart thought that it was OK to send given the state of the packaging. Not happy😡

Pros

Fantastic product. Have used it for dog training and it's holding up well and working like it should.
