Delivered quickly and intact. The packaging was easy to open which helped a lot, I hate those hard plastic items that you can't open! At first I found it difficult to remove the back panel to use the batteries (sold separately). After several attempts, it finally opens. I started reading instructions to connect my Sony and Roku TV. To be honest, I was a bit worried when I saw several steps that included default codes to link each device. Each device (TV, Roku) had about 4 codes each. There are a few steps that need to be completed before entering codes. To my surprise, I could only do each step once and got lucky with the first code number to bind each device. Then I connected the volume control, again with no problems on the 1st try! Wow, simple as that, it takes 10-15 minutes including the battery compartment issue. I really like the purple remote control and the glowing buttons. They stay bright even if you release the button for a second or two. Operation with 2 batteries (AAA) to keep the weight low. Highly recommend, great remote control and price!
