Review on Banglijian Rechargeable Ziv-201 Hearing Aid: Digital Noise Reduction, Feedback Cancellation – Small Size (2 Units) by Danny Kamerer

I am a 75-year-old Male. This review is for the affordable hearing amplifier (ZIV-201) and not for an expensive hearing aid. I have diminished hearing due to age, and I have been using this device for almost three months. I used the slim tube with open small drum. I am satisfied with the results and I will recommend it to others. The best part of this deal is their excellent customer service. After two months of usage, it stopped working. I send an email requesting replacement. Mr. Steve Smith responded promptly and advised me to clean the sound tube, as it may have clogged due to ear wax. I placed the tube in a cup of water and left it overnight. The next morning the wax was gone. However, I cleaned the tube with the cleaning line. I left it for a few hours to dry. The device started working fine. I will recommend cleaning the tube periodically. I had another problem. The fully charged battery was holding for only a few hours. The customer service sent me another brand new ZIV-201. This is an affordable hearing amplifier and it is up to my expectations. I am giving it five stars.
