Review on MLCS 9229H 2 Inch Diameter Forstner by Michael Caste
I have drilled and still do many solid holes with this bit.
This bit has made many solid holes and is still solid. Working perfectly on a drill press will quickly teach you what you can and can't do with a hand drill. I only use cedar, which is a softwood, so I can't speak to its durability in hardwood.
