First Review: A solid monopod with great design and construction!

This is a first review of the Avella C325 58" Carbon Fiber Camera Monopod. I'll update the review once I find some practical use. After hours of research and wanting to stay on a reasonable budget, I ordered I used this monopod to photograph my kids' graduations, I found it much easier to carry my heavy DSLR (Canon 5D MKIII + grip + batteries + L Series 24-105 f/4 lens) weighing about 5 pounds with a monopod stabilize. With the camera mounted on top I found the camera and the overall stability of the whole thing to be very solid and stable. This monopod can definitely handle extra weight, maybe a heavier lens, or even an adjustable ball or multi-axis monopod/head. Monopod. The build quality is on par with top-class professional brands ung is great and I particularly like the case design with thick straps for shoulder carry and general monopod storage. The product itself is very light and all components and tension clamps are of high quality and offer sufficient reliability. adjustable pressure (adjustable with included wrench). The monopod tips can be swapped out for soft rubber tips for hard surfaces and metal spike tips for soft ground/grass surfaces. This is a standard 3/8" mount that allows you to easily attach feet or other accessories to it. The strap is the perfect width and connects to the monopod with a very strong and swiveling plastic locking clip/ring. And yes, the strap is removable! The bag I use is the best for my DSLR, lenses and accessories. This monopod and case fit in perfectly! If you're using a DSLR backpack, it should fit snugly in the side pockets, which typically hold water bottles. I highly recommend this product. Great design and build, Avella team! The only recommendation I can give for future improvements/models is to add a plastic cap to cover the mounting screw on the top of the monopod when users use it as a walking stick. I think some of the Manfrotto monopods have them great.
