I use this stand both at home and at work as I have another one that I use for my bedroom but I like this one as I don't need to unlock the size to adjust him height. There are also two small protrusions that I just pop out and I can easily change the angle. The height is also high enough that I can use it on my office desk and stand and use my laptop, which is very convenient as I don't want to sit all day with my lower back issues. The desk also allows me to use my laptop tablets and my mouse and there is plenty of space even though my hands are XL sized 😀👍
