The fabric compresses wonderfully, is sturdy and thick, is not see-through, and is super comfortable. The gusset stitching of all things was too tight on the tops of my thighs even though they fit well through the leg. I’d hesitate to size up because the waistband was looser than I prefer.These don’t have a back seam! No crack seam! Which apparently makes pants that look cute front and side look awful from behind. Consider that the compression doesn’t allow for much of a jiggle and it’s like I filled my pants with cement. Uniboob? These gave me unibutt, and the look was not flattering when walking around. Sizing up might allow for more hugs of my butt curves, but that would make the already loose waistband even bigger.
