Great scan tool and fast online support from seller
I bought the MS909 on July 11th and received it on July 14th. The scanner has not yet returned to the storage box. So far I've used it on GM vehicles for three tasks related to transmission and handling diagnostics. Outstanding functionality and two-way communication. My first experience with Autel and I really like it. Also, while the MS909 was still on order, I noticed a 10% discount. I contacted the seller on 12.07. Within an hour they replied and offered to make up the difference. Until July 14th, the difference was refunded hours before the package was received! Incredibly responsive seller and a good full featured professional product!
