Easy to install; very difficult to take off

These things are easy to put on but difficult to take off; For example if you need to adjust how far the switches screw into the box behind the panels. You need a lot of energy to remove the pads (regardless of whether you use the "screwdriver" cutouts on the underside of the pads or not). Several times I was sure that everything would break before they finally came loose. Not a good design. However, very durable :-) The problem is much worse with 2x and 3x disks.
