I've been using this stuff for years, if you leave a jar on the shelf too long it will separate and mostly crystallize at the bottom. Just use a metal screwdriver or something to stir it again and scrape off any clumps and they will dissolve back into the mixture. Failure to do this will affect curing time and hardness as you may need all of the ingredients for the mix to work as intended. Pay attention to the mixing time of the two parts, simply mix until the color is uniform and pour.
