The customer service has been outstanding throughout our relationship with them! They are always willing to go above & beyond for us by providing additional resources or helping out in any way possible (even when we don't ask).
I cannot say enough good things about their team - they have all made me feel like family since day one!! Their staff truly cares that you're satisfied as well; it's very apparent from talking directly w/them during calls etc., but also just being around your account manager who knows everything there is too help customers through each step along journey at every stage of implementation / transition process makes this even better. We've had some issues getting systems up quickly due to COVID situation however overall experience was great so far despite these hiccups! Hoping nothing comes back down upon lightbounnd after reopening business soon :0).
