I tried it last night and it was great. It was a bit fiddly to put together, but if you follow the instructions it's not that bad. Top screw caps bother me, so I just don't use them. The only thing I don't like is that you have to take the entire lid off to put the tofu on top without touching it. I know I can just pour it into my hand and then slide it between the sticks, but I really don't want to touch the soaked tofu. The most interesting thing is how much liquid comes out. I squeezed my tofu a bit and the amount of liquid that came out was hilarious! Cleaning was a bit of a challenge. To avoid spilling, I suggest wringing near the sink so you can empty it without splashing on the floor like I did. It is very easy to wash. I left everything together and just washed with warm, soapy water. It dries as I type. The most pleasant. no plastic! Hooray!
