Fits my 1999 Ford E-150. I had it installed by my professional mechanic. Installation was otherwise easy, but it took him quite a while to reuse the C washer from my old drum brake pad and try to press it back into the O shape to wrap around the post to keep it in place and position remains. The mechanic said that Japanese auto drum brake pads probably come with a new C-washer which should be easier to work with, but American auto drum brake pads don't usually come with this piece of equipment. just so you know . Your mileage may vary.
