*UPDATE 03/05/19*KingJet have contacted me to help me resolve the issue. When cleaning the printhead again didn't help, they thought the ink inside might have dried up and clogged the head. They were unhappy that their product didn't work for me and quickly arranged a refund. I appreciate your prompt reply. Too bad this worked as I hate paying huge sums for OEM cartridges. Upgraded to 3 stars for their customer service.* Initial Rating* Cartridges have worked well in my HP X576dw for 4 months. Then streaks appeared on the printouts, especially in black and white printing. I've tried the Clean Printheads option several times, but the streaks haven't gone away. See attached image for output during cleaning. HP support asked me to go camping as the cartridges I am using are not OEM cartridges. I told them it was too cold to hike but they didn't seem impressed by my attempt at a joke! I've had the same set in my second printer for the last three months or so. I think I need to get them out before they ruin the printhead in this printer. I'll keep looking for solutions, but they seem to have permanently messed up the printhead. Beware of this opportunity - you will save a lot of money, but it can cost you money in the long run.
