    I was blown away by this company. I bought these 4 packs of ink cartridges in late 2016 to prepare for the day I need them. who wasn't there for 6 months. Black went first. then yellow. then the printer. I won't go into detail, but my printer has stopped working. When I turned it on, it basically got stuck and the control panel became unresponsive.     Excellent support three months after sale!

    Second set purchased for HP X576dw. The first set worked great so I bought another set 3 1/2 months ago. Everything was working great until a few days ago we received reports that the cyan and magenta cartridges were damaged and needed replacing. If you swap them out, one page will print. Since the cartridges were about half full, I contacted Kingjet to see if they covered them under their warranty. Kingjet responded to my email very quickly within four hours.     Has worked fine for 4 months. then bad streaks started

    *UPDATE 03/05/19*KingJet have contacted me to help me resolve the issue. When cleaning the printhead again didn't help, they thought the ink inside might have dried up and clogged the head.     To be honest I can't tell you how much money I've saved with these cartridges. Between work and printing my kids for school, I use a lot of ink. These cartridges are not only inexpensive but also durable. Long time. And the customer service is second to none.     Printed 300 double sided booklets and looks as good as OEM

    I would buy them again without hesitation. In the past, when I've bought second-hand inkjet inks, they've never been as good as the original inks. They seem pretty close to a perfect copy of OEM performance. I added black and cyan before printing 300 copies of a very blue, thick client brochure. Some of them were printed with OEM inks, some with Kingjet inks and I can't say there is no difference in hue, fill or gradient performance.
