Second set purchased for HP X576dw. The first set worked great so I bought another set 3 1/2 months ago. Everything was working great until a few days ago we received reports that the cyan and magenta cartridges were damaged and needed replacing. If you swap them out, one page will print. Since the cartridges were about half full, I contacted Kingjet to see if they covered them under their warranty. Kingjet responded to my email very quickly within four hours. They said there was new printer firmware for me to apply and if that didn't fix the problem they would replace the cartridges. Wow, the firmware update worked! The printer works again. I don't know why the printer suddenly stopped working with ink cartridges that had been sitting there for months, but I'm willing to live with the conundrum as a firmware update fixed it.
