Not only did they offer one of the best prices for this cartridge set, I had no problems after installing it. Also, they contacted me to make sure the package arrived and I had no problems installing it. And as icing on the cake, they advised me to contact them if I had any problems in the future. I highly recommend them, especially if you have an HP Officejet Pro X576dw. UPDATE: July 10, 2019 I purchased a full set of cartridges back in June 2018. Kingjet was such a great price that I bought the full set even though I only needed the black one at the time. Fast forward 13 months and I'm finally ready to use one of the color cartridges. , but my printer gave an error message and didn't accept it. I contacted Kingjet and they blew me away with their impeccable customer service! They answered my email in a very short time and put me at ease. I was advised to do whatever it takes to make myself happy. they would have done it. They initially sent me a full set of replacement cartridges even though there was only one problem. I was also told that if I wasn't satisfied they would just give me the money back and I could keep the cartridges! Of course. The new cartridges she sent me worked perfectly and everything was fine. I was so impressed I agreed to return the unused cartridges but was told to keep them! Kingjet does everything right! Hp Pro X series printers are NOT cheap and Kingjet sells a full set of cartridges for less than HP sells a black cartridge! For example $50 less! Anyway I'm sharing this update because companies like Kingjet have MADE our business by taking care of us and they make it 100% easy for me to shop from them knowing that when HP pulls fast and the printer refuses to accept third-party cartridges. Kingjet supports its product when it doesn't work. They have earned my loyalty and I would highly recommend them to anyone who thinks their great prices are a scam. YOU ARE NOT! Thank you KingJet!
