I was blown away by this company. I bought these 4 packs of ink cartridges in late 2016 to prepare for the day I need them. who wasn't there for 6 months. Black went first. then yellow. then the printer. I won't go into detail, but my printer has stopped working. When I turned it on, it basically got stuck and the control panel became unresponsive. As part of many diagnostic steps I replaced the ink cartridges with original empty ones (it pays off) and found that the black cartridge was the culprit. I contacted KingJet and within a week I had a new black ink cartridge and was back at work. Given that a year has passed, I certainly had no expectations, but what can I say other than "Wow!".
