Good overall - some usability notes

I bought this bag when traveling with computer gear (TSA recommends taking electronics with me rather than in checked luggage). It's barely enough to properly pack a small Toughbook, small desktop, and Thinkpad when I remove most of the padding (I even have to remove some on the TSA Pre-line). I use it not only at the airport, car rental and hotel, but also in the field. Sometimes I sit on a standing case (too bad the top isn't flatter). Overall I'm quite happy with this case, although there are a few design flaws that I'd like to share. always misguided. This isn't really a problem, just a fun observation. 2) The wheels roll quite noisily on asphalt. 3) The linkage is a single shaft which probably keeps the weight down. The downside is that when you attach another bag to the pole that sits on top of the suitcase as you drag it through the airport, the bag is less stable from side to side than if it were sliding over the carry-on two poles, or maybe one. with a broad stem. 4) I'm 5'8" and I find that when I pull the sleeve on the back step my heel sometimes hits the sleeve and knocks it over a bit. I think this would be resolved if the shafts were a bit longer would be (probably impractical) or if the handle hung down like my other luggage (allowing it to be lower and haul farther back) rather than being a T-handle, on the side, away from my body.
