Review on ๐Ÿค– Wood Trick Robot Wooden Robotic by Drew Beckett

Revainrating 3 out of 5

It's cool when they're together. That's the bad part.

My husband broke his fingers 3 nights in a row helping our son put this together. Be sure to check the age on the packaging (14+). Our 10 year old loves it now that it's assembled but there was ZERO chance of him making it himself. The little pieces of wood (the toothpicks that hold the pieces together) take a lot of work and effort to get them where they belong. It could probably be done overnight but it gets really painful after a while so you MUST take a break. Even if you use tools to help. So again yes. It's pretty cool and the kids love it. I expect many of these wooden kits will be similar. A lot of patience and tolerance for pain accumulates. I'll leave it up to you whether the "no pain, no gain" clichรฉ applies here, or whether the effort is worth it for you.
