This is a very attractive copper finished iron. When you're on the go, universal voltage is a lifesaver. I really liked how fast it heats up and most importantly the heat accuracy. I stayed away from most straighteners because they were either turned off or so hot that they heated my fine fine hair. This. My hair (thin and delicate) got caught between the plates and handle a few times and yes I know too much hair spreads on the heating surfaces. It wasn't a complete deal breaker but I wouldn't go out and buy another as they are quite expensive. They are made in Italy so I was hoping for better quality control.
