I like that we can see what our potential is for future sales. We also have an easy way of tracking how each person in my team performs compared with others - which helps me determine who needs training or support from another employee. There's nothing much i don't really enjoy about this system as it provides all the information one would need regarding performance. It makes us aware of any issues at particular time points so there isn't anything negative either. If you are looking into a CRM solution then kluster should be considered because they provide excellent customer service along with great features! They make sure everything works perfectly for clients too and help them keep up-to date with latest trends etc., thereby giving more leads per month than other similar systems.
