This thing is amazing and it saves 10-15% on cooking time of just about anything not covered up.It's a $200 appliance that makes the food better, saves time, saves money, literally replaces my oven.Its noise when it's done could be louder, it's hard to hear many times. You have to be careful not to clean the top heaters, but ultimately when you need a deep clean you just run it for some time (googled amount) at high temperature to simulate the deep cleaning mode of most ovens.
