easy to trim on my review.

My son has flat feet. So, he need arch supports in his shoes to be more comfortable and be active without any knee or leg pain. It works perfect for him.These pads made of plastics, gel, and foam.They are medium firm arch to support arch.Gel sections are in heal and it increases comfortability especially while kids are running. because it absorbs pressure with ground contact.These pads have arched marking to guide trim for smaller size. It is easy to trim. Great for active kids, I recommend it.

Perfect, comfortable insert. My sons new basketball shoes came with no arch support, just a hard flat insole. It was awful. These inserts fit perfectly and he loves how they feel!
