My son has flat feet. So, he need arch supports in his shoes to be more comfortable and be active without any knee or leg pain. It works perfect for him.These pads made of plastics, gel, and foam.They are medium firm arch to support arch.Gel sections are in heal and it increases comfortability especially while kids are running. because it absorbs pressure with ground contact.These pads have arched marking to guide trim for smaller size. It is easy to trim. Great for active kids, I recommend it.

Very satisfied with this new Kidsole release. We have been purchasing Kidsole inserts for our daughter’s over-pronation for awhile now. She really likes the 3/4 neon and 3/4 cork inserts, but she needed a full-length insert for her new pair of shoes. These are supportive and very comfortable for my daughter who has flat feet. The arch is made of plastic so it gives her a lift there. We sized her shoes up a full size to use these. I think sizing up a half size will be enough. My daughter just likes extra wiggle room for her toes. Overall, the insoles are very well-made and contain plastic, gel, and foam parts. and durable for the most part.If there was anything to complain about, it would be the fabric on the foam. My son wore his shoes with the new insoles maybe five times before the insole top part started separating from the rest of the insole.

it is comfortable, but not even one month wearing and the surface fabric is already coming off by the sides. Worked out great!!

We are taking our 7 year old on a long hike and needed to make sure she has excellent arch support. These come with lines and the sizes mark where you need to trim. I followed the recommend line, it was easy to cut and the fit was spot on. My daughter said these felt amazing and her feet felt great after walking in them. I would recommend for any active kid!

Helped with my daughter arch support. Her bones failed to fuse and has pain when walking/running. This helped her be more comfortable so she can be active. They lasted a few months but she wore them every day and likes to play hard. We are happy with the product.
