Lots of confidence in these

I've been using them for a long time with no problems. The last one was in my 2010 GMC Sierra with an RXT setup. Literally 3 wire connection, two way remote and xl202. Nothing worked. It was impossible to skip CAN1 by pressing the button 5 times, it just didn't work. The display changes, but the module cannot be programmed because CAN1 is missing (2 red flashes). I connected CAN1 to see if that solves the problem so I can program the module into the car. It worked, but then it turned out that after 5 minutes the module stopped communicating with the car. Almost asleep. It only opens the rear doors, not the front ones, and the remote start doesn't work at this point. Starting the truck reset the behavior and everything worked again but for 5 minutes the same thing happened. I spent several hours trying to fix the 3 wires in the OBDII connector. I've been doing this since it took over 20 wires to connect a remote start. I'll get another locally and see if that fixes the problem, but I've lost faith in them. Thank goodness it was my car and not the customer's car.
