I used to love batteries. I have a Danelectro chorus pedal that I love. I usually use these batteries in it and have had them for many years. The last time I bought these batteries was after a few uses. I don't leave batteries in the device and they don't make contact. I usually get a lot of plays from them, but this time they were super fast. Apparently the quality has changed. I think I'll return to the Energizer. That's a pity too... maybe it was just the market, but I found my material sounded better with electric batteries. It may be true, but it's no good if it's dead.
