I like that it allows us to see what our partners are doing with products we sell as well how they feel about them through social media posts or reviews etc., this helps me make sure my product line meets customer needs while also helping build relationships/sales leads between partner & customers which ultimately benefits everyone involved! Nothing at all really but its been great so far!! Great tool if you're looking into ways your business can benefit from using Social Media Marketing (SMM).
