Review on 🍊 Iwoly Adjustable Lightweight Orange Head for Household Use by Jamie Rogers

I bought this vacuum cleaner in November-December 2020. My house is full of hardwood floors. It does BIG on hardwood floors. I just bought a cheap vacuum as I have a lab that sheds hair like crazy, an Australian Shepherd and a cat. Hair spoils every vacuum cleaner. It picks up pet hair very well. The suction power is good. Easy to clean. It's uncomfortable at first as it's very heavy, but you'll definitely get used to it. I don't use it on my carpets. I tried it and it did a terrible job. I have another little vacuum cleaner for that. Overall, I really liked this vacuum cleaner. Up until 2 weeks ago I was vacuuming and suddenly the vacuum cleaner started smoking/bursting and the on/off switch ignited. I have contacted Revain to file a warranty claim (this vacuum has a one year warranty). It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from the company. In the meantime I had to buy another one as it worked fine at first and it arrived the next day. Also, I was in the middle of a move and wanted to vacuum as soon as the movers left. I am disappointed that the company claims to have a guarantee but cannot communicate with the customer. So great for short-term use. But it is also obvious that it can be very dangerous. The company is also terrible with communication. Use this vacuum cleaner with caution. If you don't have furry pets, get something more permanent. It's worth it.
