Initial print quality is excellent and GREAT customer service

Just installed a replacement toner cartridge - very easy once you follow the instructions. I found it easier to insert the chip left to right rather than snapping it in place. The original print quality corresponds to that of an original HP cartridge. The instructions refer to setting the 'Toner low' message to go away with the 'Snooze' option, but I couldn't find that anywhere. I hope I don't keep getting low toner messages. Customer service is quick and thorough. I had a problem with the black cartridge and they sent me a new one for free.
