Very bad quality on my review.

Hello, I have bought I have bought this transformer twice and before the first year it is damaged and stops working, this time I am going to demand the guarantee of this product that the manufacturer indicates for 24 months, Zuckeo low voltage adapter, 24 V, 2.5A, 60W, transformers, power supply for horizontal LED lighting, AC input 100 - 240V to DC output 24V LED light converter controller My last order was 12/22/2019 and the first order was 2/26/2019 and they both stopped working after about…

  • Works like a charm. Powering 7 up lights and a walkway light. Make sure you protect it from the rain.
Cons
  • If it gets wet, it doesn’t work. Blew out after a week of rain... bought the silver water proof one

Broke after a month

I bought this to replace my year old transformer. Not sure why, but the replacement stopped working after a month! Thanks for attention!

This was a replacement transformer for the original one as lightning took out that one. It came quickly and was just exactly what we needed!

Don't buy!: my feedback

I've already had three fail in less than 6 months. One came right out of the box "new" and defective. Not worth the time and money.

Works fine with 24v LED sensor light

Got this to power a 24v LED motion sensor light. Great price for this much current (I think I paid less than the currently listed price).

Excellent, inexpensive transformer for low wattage lights

Got this to run the spot lights from the same company for my yard. Works perfectly when wired up correctly with low-voltage, landscape wiring. No need for the more expensive, heavy duty transformer with these particular lights. This is not an outdoor, all weather transformer. I have mine enclosed in a makeshift pencil box with waterproof taping around the edges and down inside a planter box. Also have it hooked to a $15 timer so I don’t need to turn it off and on. Would recommend if used…

faulty part: my feedback

Bought this 6 months ago. It has stopped working. Impossible to reach Zuckeo for customer service. I would like this item replaced. The lights and all the extra equipment I purchased has been working beautifully until now. How do I get a replacement for this part? How do you reach Zuckeo direct?
