faulty part: my feedback

Bought this 6 months ago. It has stopped working. Impossible to reach Zuckeo for customer service. I would like this item replaced. The lights and all the extra equipment I purchased has been working beautifully until now. How do I get a replacement for this part? How do you reach Zuckeo direct?

I used this to light up 6 landscape lights and it worked perfectly!
